About me
People fascinate me. And most of the people I work with come to me when they feel stuck — which, I think, is one of the most interesting places a person can be.
With a background in Human Sciences and over 30 years of experience across the UK, Italy, and Germany, I’ve spent my career working in learning, development, and human behaviour. For much of that time, I worked in a global automotive company, eventually leading Learning and Development across the European region.
Helping people grow — whether through new skills, fresh perspectives, or a deeper understanding of themselves — has always been at the heart of what I do.
Why coaching?
In 2021, I took early retirement and stepped into coaching. It felt like a natural next step — and, if I’m honest, a little daunting too.
I know what it’s like to reach a point where something needs to change, but the way forward isn’t clear. Coaching supported me through that kind of uncertainty, and that experience has stayed with me. It’s a big part of why I do this work now.
What I believe
I believe that even when we feel stuck, there is more possibility than we can see.
Often, it’s not about finding the “right” answer, but about seeing things differently — understanding ourselves more clearly and creating space for new ways forward.
I also believe that knowing yourself — your strengths, values, and what really drives you — is one of the most powerful foundations for meaningful change.
A bit more about me
I’m British, I’ve lived in Cologne for many years, and I work with clients internationally, online, in English and German.
I’m a certified coach and bring my background in facilitation, mentoring, and working with senior leaders into my coaching work.
Coaching with me is a conversation, not a programme — thoughtful, direct, and warm, with space for humour along the way.
If you’d like to explore whether coaching could help you move forward, I’d be glad to hear from you.
