I offer coaching to those who know they want to do something different, even if they're not sure what, who are ready for a new experience of life, even if it feels daunting. I coach people to take action by helping them gain clarity, focus, confidence, and motivation.

I am a life and leadership coach with over 30 years’ experience working in a variety of corporate environments as a facilitator, coach and mentor, strategic partner to senior executives and a successful people leader.
